Thank you for purchasing art/products from Kima Whipple-Jackson Art with Storenvy.
Due to the nature of this business and products sold, items purchased from Kima Whipple-Jackson Art are, in most cases, not returnable. However, issues are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, contact immediately and please include photos for reference.
If eligible for a refund, item (s) must be returned in original condition within 7 calendar days of purchase. Apparel items are non-refundable. Since garments are printed and made-to-order, we do not replace/remake garments, as there is no way to prove items are unworn.
Kima Whipple-Jackson Art does not cover shipping costs for returned items.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed. This way, changes can be made prior to processing and shipping.
Please be sure to double check order sizes. Items can not be returned due to sizing errors made by buyer. If an order is returned by the shipping carrier due to incorrect shipping information, buyer is responsible to cover re-shipping costs. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Kima Whipple-Jackson Art reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned items as deemed appropriate at discretion.
